Parecería que la joven y hermosa Clara Barrón lo tiene todo: un gran trabajo, una gran casa en Los Ángeles y una amorosa familia que ama la diversión. Lo que no tiene claro en su vida es el amor. Presionada en asistir a una boda en México, Clara pide a un compañero de trabajo que la acompañe y se haga pasar por su novio cuando es sorprendida por su ex novio, muy querido por su familia, quien aparece después de haber estado ausente por completo de su vida. Confundida, Clara tiene que decidir entre regresar al pasado o abrir su corazón para nuevas e inesperadas posibilidades. En una aventura llena de risas, ella aprende que a veces su loca familia puede ayudarla a encontrar el amor.

The young and attractive Clara Barron seems to have it all: a great job, a beautiful house in Los Angeles, and a warm, fun-loving family. The one thing missing in her life is romance. After being pressured into traveling to Mexico for a wedding, Clara asks a work colleague to go with her and pose as her boyfriend. Nevertheless, she is caught off guard by the appearance of a former beau, much loved by her family, who shows up after having been absent from her life for years. Clara is torn between the possibility of reopening a past chapter of her life or opening her heart to new and unexpected possibilities. In an adventure packed with laughter, she learns that her crazy family may just be able to help her find love.
